Whatcha Weigh Monday?!?

sooo... i worked out hard this last week. I got a new workout which is:





get on the treadmill.


set it at 10.0 incline.


set it at 3.2 speed.





walk for 30-45 minutes.





you might be like me and say, "psshhh come on personal trainer, this is easy."


oh maaaaaaan. wait till you hit like 12 minutes. such a good workout that works glutes and muscles that my nice little treadmill runs definitely don't get. yikes





i tracked what i ate this week, but more or less I ate what I wanted. i had cake and cookies at my shower, a doughnut at work to celebrate a co-worker's birthday and a cadbury creme egg and mini cadbury creme eggs when I got the Easter cravings. :)





BUT. there was one little difference. After I ate that piece of cake and sugar cookie at the wedding shower, I didn't eat 3 more when I got home. I brushed my teeth and hopped into my cozy bed.





After that donut at work? I didn't visit the vending machine 7 times.





I ate what I wanted and got over it. my friends, THIS, is monumental :)





soooo. weigh in?









ummm... okay. i may or may not have lost 6.8 pounds. muahaha. granted. remember the last few weeks was MAJOR gains so some of that came off quick.






soooo I got to move SIX of my fifteen jewels into the other vase :)






BUT. it was kinda fun :) and i didn't feel deprived. :) so we're going with it. :)
