oh my goodness, i think i forgot to post an update last week. because i know you are all on pins and needles wondering if I am going to be at wedding goal weight in a little over a month. eeekkkkkk.
this week was hard/great.
the fourth of the july is ALWAYS a good time, especially when you party with a chef and some amazzzinnnnggg bakers/"cookers" :)
throw in my bundt cake and my fourth of july cupcakes, and you MAY see a recipe for disaster.
well well well.
i have discovered the secret. the more i move, the more i can eat.
and i love me some food. :)
but i just am really thinking about "healthy food" and "healthy portions," not "weight loss" food and weight loss portions.
it is so crazy what a little shift in conceptual thinking can do.
