Whatcha Weigh Monday?

well. we are almost to the three month mark until the wedding. i should start calling it THE wedding. :)

anyways. After my pound and a half weight GAIN last week, I had NO idea what was going to happen.

FYI.

Thursday, after the gym Drew, my dad and I went to Archer's after tennis/the gym and had dinner.

Friday, we ran Lake Padden, played tennis and then met Alissa and her boyfriend at Boundary Bay for dinner and wine.

Saturday, we ran Padden again and then I got Menchie's frozen yogurt with the Van family and THEN my grandma and I ate Milagro's mexican for dinner.

Sunday? Finished off the day with a CONFETTI CAKE BLiZZARD from Dairy Queen. I had a mini size (smaller than a small, mind you) and it was still ELEVEN weight watchers points. aka that is A LOT. :) but it was worth it. it was So amazing. you must go try one. NOW. there is freaking frosting mixed in. enough said.

So. yes. I ate dinner out THREE nights in a row.

you guys. I lost 3 POUNDS.


i am THREE pounds away from my wedding goal.


i am SO proud of myself. I have come SUCH a long way from being obessive and compulsive about what I eat and how much I work out. I am living my life, and while I have a loooooong way to go to not have "disordered eating" I can't remember the last time I was so healthy physically and mentally. :) I really could just burst into tears. I just want everyone to know that you don't HAVE to live your life hating food and hating your body. I honestly NEVER thought it could get better. It can. I PROMISE. :)

now go eat that MINI Dairy Queen Confetti Cake blizzard. :)
